Managing for Results (MFR) Components Performance and Accountability

The Quality Management Unit has partnered with Division of Social Services (DSS) leadership to implement a Managing for Results (MFR) model of performance management.

Managing for Results is a framework used by many government entities to drive results-based management and develop results-oriented operations.  The MFR approach uses the data collected from a performance measurement system in budgeting, contracting, program planning and other management activities.
