    Building Services is responsible for the repair and maintenace of City owned facilities and property.

    The unit is comprised of the following trades:
    • Carpenter Shop
    • Electric Shop
    • HVAC Shop
    • Labor Shop
    • Maintenance Shop
    • Plumbing Shop
    • Roofing Shop
    • Upholstery Shop
    Building Services also provides support for over 150 special U.S. Pro Cycling Championship, Broad Street Run, and the Splendor of Florence.
     
    Contract Services Management Unit
      Building Services Administrator: Karla Hill, 215-686-4564

    The Contract Services Management Unit's primary responsibility is to oversee the City's professional facilities management contract for three center-city high-rise office buildings: Municipal Services Building, Criminal Justice Center and One Parkway Building, totaling 1.5 million sq. ft.
