 Appointed March 29, 2001, Concetta Lilly-Pearson is the Departmental Human Resources Manager. A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Ms. Lilly-Pearson's responsibility in this position is to manage personnel issues for the Department of Public Property. Employed by the City of Philadelphia since 1984, she has held various positions within the Health Department's Personnel Office, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, and the Division of Early Childhood Youth and Women's Health. |
