Appointed January 8, 2007 , Amy Mader is the Human Resources Manager for the Department of Public Property. Ms. Mader graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management along with an Associates degree from Manor College in Business Administration. Ms. Mader's responsibility in this position is to manage all aspects of Personnel for the department. Employed by the City of Philadelphia since 1995, she has held various positions in the City's Central Personnel Office and in the Philadelphia Water Department.
