 Appointed March 3, 1972, George H. Hee, Jr. is the Fiscal Officer for the Department of Public Property. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Mr. Hee's primary responsibilities in this position include the operating budget, preparing budget reports that keep the Commissioner and his administrators aware of the budget status, set up of presentations for administration officials, as well as reviews and responses to audit inquiries. George H. Hee, Jr. has dedicated the past 30 years to the City of Philadelphia Public Property Department. |
