• Operation and maintenance of approximately 150 City Owned facilities
including City Hall, all Police Facilities, and all Fire Facilities; over
4.5 Million Square Feet of occupied space.
• Operation and maintenance of the City’s three largest office and
courthouse facilities utilizing full-time contracted employees.
• Operation of the 24x7 Municipal Radio and Call Center.
• Implementation and management of the City’s 800MHz Municipal Radio System.
• Oversight of various operations supportive technology initiatives and systems.
• Negotiation and management of over 50 leases on behalf of various City Agencies.
• Negotiation and final disposition of all City real estate transactions.
• Operation of the Public Art Office which is responsible for over 1000 pieces of
City owned art and sculptures throughout the City, Percent for Art program,
and the Art in City Hall program.
Ms. Schlotterbeck began her career with the City 34 years ago and rose
through the ranks all the way to Commissioner. Ms. Schlotterbeck has a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Temple University. As
Commissioner she has Mayoral appointed seats on the City’s Historical
Commission, Art Commission, Fairmount Park Commission, and International
Land Management Corporation.
