Marvin Lee is the Budget Officer for the Department of Public Property. As a financial front-line manager, Marvin is primarily responsible for preparing and monitoring more than $200 million in Operating Budgets for the Department, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable for the Department, and generating various financial reports. Additionally he oversees the City's Utilities Accounts and Parking Operations. A Spanish major, Mr. Lee attended Hankuk University of Foreign Studies i n Seoul, South Korea but later transferred to Temple University and received a BA in Accounting
