Margot Berg is Director of the City of Philadelphia's Public Art Program, which consists of the Percent for Art, Conservation, and Collection Manangement functions The program is responsible for the City of Philadelphia's public art collection in its entirety and is the centralized agency for all public art-related responsibilities including the selection, purchasing, commissioning, conservation, maintenance and day-to-day management of the public art collection. The Public Art Program also serves as a liaison to facilitate communication between artists, design professionals, City departments, and the public. Margot has a BA in sociology from the University of Delaware, a Masters Degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and twenty years of experience working in the public and nonprofit sectors.

Tu Huynh is the Program Director for the City of Philadelphia's Art In City Hall exhibition program, which showcases contemporary artwork by professional and emerging Philadelphia visual artists, including students from the School District, local nonprofits and other city agencies. The program strives to promote local visual artists by providing the general public with a greater knowledge and appreciation of Philadelphia's rich artistic community. Tu is a graduate of the University of Florida in Fine Art. He has over ten years of work experience in the arts as fine and commercial artist, museum and gallery curator, exhibitions developer and arts administrator..
