In compliance with business and budgetary requirements of the Division of Technology and its strategic information technology plan, the PPS/MIS Division manages the PPS’ integrated jail management system (IJMS) along with an information technology plan that incorporates the PPS’ policies, standards, and guidelines.

The Division is respon­sible for all aspects of information technology. MIS staff trains PPS and other employees to use the IJMS as well as other office automation applications and provides 24-hour service desk support to PPS and other IJMS users.
