Kathleen McNamara has been with the Philadelphia Prison System since 1995; Ms. McNamara began working in the Executive Office in 2005.  In addition to serving the Board of Trustees as an Executive Secretary, In 2007, Ms. McNamara was assigned to the commissioner's office. Previously, Ms. McNamara was assigned to the Warden's Office at House of Correction, Contracts Administration and Inmate Services.

Jacquelynn Graveley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Arcadia University in 2009. Ms. Graveley began her career with the Philadelphia Prison System in 2010 serving as the Warden’s Secretary at Alternative & Special Detention. In 2013, Ms. Graveley was assigned to the Executive Office as Board of Trustee Secretary.
