RFP for Point Breeze: The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (“PRA”) is soliciting proposals from developers to purchase and develop approximately 10,102 square feet of scattered site property in Philadelphia’s Point Breeze neighborhood. The site consists of Fifteen (15) vacant lots. Proposals that include a portion of their development to workforce housing to income eligible households at 80-100 AMI as defined under federal guidelines may acquire parcels for nominal. RFP for Audit Services: PRA is seeking to obtain an independent auditor’s report to confirm sources and uses spent on Neighborhood Transformation Initiative activities by the PRA and various City Departments who were recipients of bond proceeds.
