Before the PRA can convey property to a new owner, the applicant’s improvement plans and ¬financial capacity will be reviewed and approved. Improvement plans can be as simple as turning a vacant lot into a side yard, or as complex as rehabilitating a vacant lot for housing. Also, please review the Property Development Application Package,
all applicants are required to complete the document to demonstrate capacity and planned reuse of the property. This must be completed, submitted and approved by PRA staff prior to pursuing formal approval from the PRA Board of Directors and City Council.
