Entries grouped by City, districts, boroughs, and townships list recipient's name, residence, weekly allowance.
Vol. 1814-1815 adds "condition" of recipient (e.g. widow, aged, sick, etc.)
Vol. 1828-1832 adds date recipient placed on relief list, age, race, marital status, birthplace, last place of legal settlement and how established there (rent, tax, etc.), occupation, numbers and ages of children at home or away, or at school and literate, cause of recipient being placed on list and date of removal from it.

Entries under Visitor of Poor's name and the bounds of his district (district number not always given) list date, pauper's name, residence, age, race, sex, country of origin, weekly relief payments received, remarks (orphan, infirm, etc.); occasional summaries of relief expenditures for varying periods.
