Volume entitled Financial Analysis of the City of Philadelphia contains a summary; an overview of the financial condition of the City; analyses of revenues, expenditures, debt and sinking funds; and long-range financial planning.
Finances and Financial Administration of Philadelphia contains volume Financial Analysis mentioned above with appendices on general sources of revenue, special assessments for public improvements, miscellaneous receipts, real property tax base changes from 1931-1937, health and welfare functions, and actions of the commission. Most of the appendices were published as separate reports known as study series.
