Of these topics most of the files are devoted to the Civic Center Box Office, the Firebirds, and Youth Hockey. Memos and correspondence of the files relating to the Civic Center Box Office concern its establishment, policies, procedures, operation, revenues and responsibilities of employees. Files relating to the Philadelphia Firebirds include game reports, job time analyses, incident and accident reports,turnstile reports, financial statements, newspaper clippings and correspondence and memos which cover subjects such as ticket sales, security, hockey events, scheduling and staffing rules governing the use of the ice rink at the Civic Centers technical problems crowd controls and vandalism. Subjects of the correspondence and memos of the Youth Hockey File include scheduling of games, high school hockey, job time analyses, costs, problems with vandalism, and security measures.
