Information includes names of the grantors and grantees, date of instrument, deed book and page upon which it is recorded, and description of the property. Transcriptions of the descriptions were made in order to produce surveys based upon the metes and bounds of the property lines as outlined in the deeds. The deeds range in date from the 1880s to 1926. The deed books are marked "G" "H" and "I".
