Hard To Count Census Tract Maps
The Census Bureau has scored each neighborhood in the United States on the likelihood of its residents mailing back of the Census 2010 form next spring. The scores, shown within the maps, are based on several factors such as poverty rate, English-speaking ability and homeownership. Higher scores indicate a lower likelihood of returning the Census form. (The maximum score is 132.)- Hard to Count Scores
