2010 Census Survey
By today, every residence in the City of Philadelphia should have received a 2010 Census Questionnaire. To make sure no Philadelphian is left behind in this important count, we're asking you to fill out a simple web survey. By answering just 2 questions, we can make sure the Census Bureau knows if any of our homes, apartment buildings or neighborhoods may have been missed during the mailing.
Need Help Filling out your Census?
There are Questionnaire Assistance Centers which provide in-person information and language assistance in completing your 2010 Census Form. Be Counted Forms are also available at all locations.
