In this Chapter the following definitions shall
(1) "Disorderly Conduct."
Conduct which causes public
inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or which recklessly creates a risk thereof,
where the person engaged in such conduct:
(a) engages in fighting or
threatening, or in violent or tumultuous behavior;
(c) uses obscene language, or makes an obscene
(d) creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition
by an act which services no legitimate purpose for that

(3) "Public place of assembly."

seating capacity, as determined by the Fire Code, of two thousand (2,000)

(4) "Restaurant/Entertainment Districts."
