The Department shall not issue a weighing and measuring device license
unless:
(1) such device has been inspected and approved by the
Department’s Bureau of Weights and Measures within six (6) months of the
date of application;
(2) each applicant furnishes such information
relative to the application for a weighing and measuring device license as the
Department shall require; and
(3) each applicant pays the following
annual license
fee:

retail
motor fuel dispenser: thirty-five (35) dollars per fueling
point;
(.1) a fueling point is defined as a location where a single
vehicle is fueled at one
time.
