(1) All licensing powers and duties of the City Treasurer, including but not limited to those conferred by the Acts of the General Assembly listed below are transferred to and shall hereafter be exercised and performed by the Department of Licenses and Inspections.

(a) Act of July 2, 1937, (P.L. 2821), pertaining to closing out sales and fire sales licenses;

(b) Act of May 2, 1925, (P.L. 448), pertaining to fishing licenses;
(c) Act of June 3, 1937, (P.L. 1225), pertaining to hunting licenses;

(d) Act of June 24, 1939, (P.L. 872), pertaining to hunting guns permits;

(e) Act of April 8, 1967, (P.L. 50), as amended by Act of June 2, 1937, (P.L. 1191), pertaining to disabled veterans vendors’ licenses.
