(1) The Police Department may make and maintain connections from any vaults and teller cages of banks and banking institutions to the police alarm systems if the bank or banking institution pays the cost of making such connections and an annual fee of $100. per connection to each vault or teller cage to cover the cost of service.^[7]

(2) Whenever the charges have been due and unpaid for 30 days, the signal system service shall be discontinued and shall not be renewed until all charges, together with the expenses involved in discontinuance and renewal of the signal system service, are paid to the City.
