§19-3201. Designation of Zone.
(1) The areas of the City generally known as follows, and more fully
defined in Section 2 of the ordinance enacting this Chapter, shall collectively
be designated as the Philadelphia Keystone Opportunity
Zone:
(a) American Street Corridor Industrial Area
(b) Amtrak
Northeast Corridor (Glenwood Avenue, Sedgley Avenue areas)
(c) PIDC
Northeast Industrial Parks (East)
(.1) Byberry East Industrial
Park
(d) PIDC Northeast Industrial Parks (West)
(.1) Byberry
Hospital
(.2) Byberry West Industrial Park (Vacant
Parcels)
(.3) Somerton Industrial Park (Vacant Parcels
Only)
(.4) Red Lion Industrial Park (Vacant Parcels
Only)
(e) Eastwick Industrial Park (Vacant Parcels
Only)
(f) Lower Delaware River
(g) Hunting
Park

(2) The areas of the City generally known as follows, and

each separately be designated a Philadelphia Keystone Opportunity Expansion
Subzone, and shall collectively be designated as the Philadelphia Keystone
Opportunity Expansion

(3) The
areas of the City generally known as follows, and more specifically defined in
Section 4 of the ordinance enacting this subsection, shall each separately be
designated a Philadelphia Keystone Opportunity Improvement Subzone, and shall
collectively be designated as the Philadelphia Keystone Opportunity Improvement
Zone:
