(1) Off-street loading spaces shall be provided in accordance with Section 14-1405(4) of this Title, as applicable to certain Industrial Districts.

(2) Loading and unloading shall be set back at least fifty feet from all street lines.

(3) Loading or unloading from the portion of any building adjacent to and facing Pattison avenue or Packer avenue shall be prohibited.
