(1) Permitted Uses. The specific uses permitted in this District shall be the construction, erection, alteration or use of buildings or premises and/or land for the following purposes and no others:

(a) Manufacturing, processing, wholesale marketing, distributing, and warehousing of food beverages, agricultural and horticultural products and related products.

(b) Accessory uses, customarily incidental to any of the above permitted uses; provided that the accessory use does not occupy more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the gross floor area, and does not include open air storage of materials, equipment, or merchandise.

(c) Non-accessory open air off-street parking, in connection with events occurring in the Sports Stadium District, including parking structures not to exceed one level above grade.

(d) Police or fire stations.

(2) Prohibited Uses. Nothing in subsection 14-602(1) herein shall be construed to permit the following uses:

(a) Slaughtering of animals other than poultry or fish;

(b) Outdoor storage;

(c) Outdoor above-ground fuel tanks;

(d) Retail marketing and sales;

(e) Sale or marketing of fresh fruits or vegetables in the original containers.
