No building on the lot, except as provided below, shall exceed thirty-five feet in height measured at the mean ground level surrounding the building. This height restriction shall not apply to the following:

(1) Grandstands, stadia, commercial recreation buildings, judges stands;

(2) Chimneys, stacks, tanks, tank towers, flagpoles, aerials, beacons, lighting poles, camera towers;

(3) Parking garages or facilities; or

(4) Hotels, motels or office buildings, provided, no hotel, motel or office building shall exceed one hundred fifty feet in height measured at the mean ground level surrounding the building.
