(1) Penalties for violations of subsection 12-2502(4)(a) shall be imposed in accordance with Chapter 12-2800, which penalties shall be in addition to any liability for towing and storage charges.^[115]

(2) For purposes of subsection 12-2804(3), a ticket advising a person of a violation of this Chapter may be served by affixing the ticket to the vehicle, trailer, dumpster, or other object which has been left on a Snow Emergency Route in violation of this Chapter.^[116]
