(1) Prohibited Activity. No person shall maintain any place for, or conduct the business of, furnishing to the public for a consideration, Turkish, Swedish, Russian or other forms of bathing in which the bather is attended by any person while bathing, or before or after bathing, and while wholly or partially nude, unless he has registered with the Department of Licenses and Inspections.

(2) Penalties. The penalty for violation of any provision of this Section is a fine of twenty-five (25) dollars, plus five (5) dollars for each day the violation continues.
