(1) Snow Removal.^[400] No street railway company shall operate snow removal equipment so as to throw snow from its tracks onto the sidewalk.

(a) The penalty for violation of this Section is a fine of $5. for each City block in which the offense is committed, together with imprisonment not exceeding 10 days if the fine and costs are not paid within 10 days.
