This is administrative public human resources work in the City's central human resources agency planning, developing and managing the delivery of hiring services to meet the workforce needs of client departments.

Presently employed by the City of Philadelphia with permanent Civil Service status in the Personnel Department with a Performance Rating of Satisfactory or higher;
AND
EDUCATION:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university;
AND
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Two years of public human resources experience;
AND
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
Two years of public human resources experience in hiring services (assessment and/or job design/compensation) at or above the full performance level in a central personnel agency;
AND
Two years of public human resources experience at the advanced or supervisory level.
NOTE: A master’s degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or closely related field may be substituted for one year of general experience.

PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to physically perform the duties and to work in the environmental conditions required of a position in this class.

TEST REVIEW
Test Review and Appeals will be conducted in accordance with Civil Service Regulation 911. Candidates will have 30 days after the results have been mailed to exercise their right to appeal.
