1. Presently employed by the City of Philadelphia with permanent Civil Service status in the Free Library with a Performance Rating of Satisfactory or higher;

   AND

2. EDUCATION:
   Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth school grade;

   AND

3. SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
   Two years of experience providing reader services for library patrons and performing book processing procedures, such as searching, accessing and on-line data entry or performing a variety of duties in connection with the shelving, arrangement, repair, sorting, dispatching and filing of library materials.
