CONTINUOUS SELECTION:
Interested candidates may apply in person during business hours, 8:30 AM to 5 PM except Saturdays and Sundays or by mail until further notice. Examinations will be rated in chronological order, and successful candidates will be placed on a consolidated list in the order of their final rating. They will be certified to position vacancies in the order of their standing on the eligible list at the time of certification.
This is civil engineering work at the intermediate level making comprehensive field studies, detailed sketches and mathematical computations to determine the most feasible and economical manner for performing a segment or phase of a major engineering project or completing a minor project.

NOTE
One year of engineering internship experience will be considered as equivalent to six months' trainee level engineering experience.
TEST REVIEW

Departmental and interdepartmental promotional eligible lists will be established as a result of this examination. An appointment in any department may be made from either one of the above-established promotional lists as deemed appropriate by the appointing authority.
