The Reserve at Packer Park is located on the
former Capehart naval housing site. Area first developed in the 1950s.
This part of South Philadelphia is very diverse with a strong residential
market bounded by FDR park, the sports stadiums and the Schuylkill expressway.
Access to I-95 and the airport is minutes away. Center City can be accessed
by extensive public transportation routes including the Broad Street
Subway. The City's major role in this project was land acquisition and
disposition.
