Mantua

Neighborhood Activities Map

Mantua is a major planning area. Following years of blight, decay and drug problems this area has begun a transformation. Activities include acquisition of more than 800 properties, demolition, greening, tree planting and land assembly area-wide.

The results: rapid growth of new and planned developments.  The People's Emergency Center CDC will be developing the Cloisters, 50 units of rental housing and the Union Hill Community Developers 52 units for homeownership.
