FNC programs train local residents in careers in construction and solar panel installation.

North Philadelphia Human Services Development Corporation

Offers information and referrals services to help low-income families meet emergency needs including food, clothing, shelter services, legal assistance, domestic abuse, security deposits, completing housing and employment applications, furniture assistance, emergency rental payments, LIHEAP, CRISIS, and utility entitlements.

Provides information, referrals and advocacy services for people with disabilities.

Mural Arts Program

Offers art education and development programs for youth through three art education programs: Big Picture, serving youth ages 10-14; Mural Corps, a more intensive program serving teens ages 14-21.

Through its Pre-Apprenticeship Building Maintenance and Construction Training Program, PHA provides low-income residents of public and assisted housing with training opportunities to prepare them for entry-level positions in the building and construction trades.
