PA State Surcharge Increase

Pennsylvania Act 157 was signed by Governor Rendell and modifies the PA Uniform Construction Code.

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2007 the State Surcharge on all construction permits (building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and fire suppression) will increase from $2 per permit to $4 per permit.
