WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR A NORMAL REVIEW?

Fees for zoning reviews are due upon application. The costs are as follows:

Note: Fee is per structure or divided lot

 Note: For signs, zoning and use permits must be secured simultaneously.
 In addition to these fees, a license fee of $175.00 per face is required.

There is no charge for Certification of Permit Not Required when it relates to building permits

HOW CAN I RECEIVE AN "ACCELERATED" REVIEW?

This optional service can be requested at the time of the application. It enables an application to be reviewed within ten (10) days of the filing date. Both the filing fee and the accelerated review fee must be submitted when accelerating an application. The fee is as follows:

Reviews up to four hours……………$ 320.00 (plus $80.00 for each additional hour)
