A plot plan is a dimensioned and scaled drawing that shows the details of the property, including all lot lines and structures as seen from above.
The plan must show an outline of the property, the proposed deck, and all other existing structures, with dimensions. This includes the show and dimension of all front yards, rear yards, side yards, and courts. Plot plans must bear the name, address, and signature of the owner.
