The Office of the Health Commissioner is the administrative hub for all activities conducted by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH). The office provides leadership and sets policy for each of the PDPH divisions that provide direct services. It assures that each division works collaboratively with other human service providers to meet the health needs of Philadelphians. |
