We gather, review and learn from high-quality data to improve access to HIV prevention and care services. We work to ensure that:

• People living with HIV/AIDS in the Philadelphia area receive the highest quality HIV services; and that
• The system of care is accessible for hard-to-reach populations and services respond to trends in the local epidemic.
  
  

Our goal is to ensure that clients are clinically better off today than yesterday, and to make improvements for the system to be better tomorrow.

Performance measures are defined for key service areas. These measures are based on U.S. Department of Health and Human Services treatment guidelines, measures developed by the Health Services and Resources Administration (HRSA), and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.
