FISCAL OFFICE

The Fiscal Office is responsible for the preparation and administration of the Department's Annual Operating and Capital Budgets, as well as the coordination of the Emergency Medical Services Billing System. To this end, the Fiscal Office performs the following functions:

  • Establishing and maintaining all necessary accounting records and procedures
  • Processing a biweekly payroll of approximately $5.9 million
  • Processing all revenue receipts
  • Coordinating all procurements/purchasing functions
  • Processing all vendor payments
