•	This GIS & Enterprise Technology group identifies IT solutions that are suitable to be used across the enterprise. In addition, they develop enterprise policies and procedures for IT governance.
Program Management Office (PMO)
•	The Program Management Office (PMO)is instrumental in the acquisition, coordination and provision of IT services and resources and the successful implementation of IT projects.
Operations Division
•	The Operations Divison is responsible for the network, upkeep and maintenance of all governmental based information technology, as well as web strategy and application development.
