The Security Divison protects the City’s information assets through the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards that are aligned with City priorities, industry best practices, and government regulations.
GIS & Enterprise Technology
This GIS & Enterprise Technology group identifies IT solutions that are suitable to be used across the enterprise. In addition, they develop enterprise policies and procedures for IT governance.
Program Management Office (PMO)
The Program Management Office (PMO)is instrumental in the acquisition, coordination and provision of IT services and resources and the successful implementation of IT projects. The PMO assists in the development of collaborative and strategic interdepartmental initiatives, policy, and practices for city departments.

Operations Division
The Operations Divison is responsible for the network, upkeep and maintenance of all governmental based information technology, as well as web strategy and application development. This group offers helpdesk and maintenance as well as application development support to the various departments within the City of Philadelphia. All Operations Divisions report to Joseph James.
