Victims of Juvenile Offenders and Juvenile Victims of Adult Offenders
If the offender in your case is less than 18 years old, your case will be handled in the Juvenile Court system, unless he or she is being charged as an adult. If you have any questions please call (215) 686-4095.

Court proceedings for Juvenile Court are held at the Family Court Building at 1801 Vine Street, which is located next to the Central Branch of the Public Library, near Logan Circle.

If the offender in your case is 18 years of age or older, but the victim or witness is less than 18 years old, your case will be held initially in Courtroom "B" at 1801 Vine Street. (It is possible your case will be resolved at this location; however your case could proceed to the Criminal Justice Center at 1301 Filbert Street.) If you have any questions please call (215) 686-7604.

If you are subpoenaed as a victim or witness to attend a court proceeding at 1801 Vine Street, please report to the Victim/Witness Waiting Room, room # 136. This room provides a safe and secure environment away from the courtroom, where you can wait until being called to testify. The phone number for the waiting room is (215) 686-4095.

Please arrive at the courthouse between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. During this time, victim/witness staff will be available in the lobby to meet you and escort you to the waiting room.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Victim Services Program at Juvenile Court please refer to the Volunteer Opportunities section.
