If the offender in your case is less than 18 years old, your case will be handled in the Juvenile Court system, unless he or she is being charged as an adult. If you have any questions about this process, please call (215) 686-4095.

Court proceedings for Juvenile Court are held at the Family Court Building at 1801 Vine Street, which is located next to the Central Branch of the Public Library, near Logan Circle.

If the offender in your case is 18 years of age or older, but the victim or witness is less than 18 years old, your case will initially be held in Courtroom "B" at 1801 Vine Street. (It is possible your case will be resolved at this location; however your case could proceed to the Criminal Justice Center at 1301 Filbert Street). If you have any questions please call (215) 686-7604.

If you are subpoenaed as a victim or witness to attend a court proceeding at 1801 Vine Street, please report to the Victim/Witness Waiting Room, room # 136.
