Investigation of Use of Force in Videotaped Arrest
On August 6, 2009, a Grand Jury released the findings of its 14-month investigation into the use of force by police officers in the course of arresting three suspects in a shooting. The May 5, 2008, arrest was videotaped by a Fox 29 helicopter.
The Grand Jury voted not to recommend criminal charges against the officers. It issued a Report, which is available here: Download the full PDF
