Integrated Monitoring
The monitoring team has been charged with developing an integrated approach to monitoring all aspects of new behavioral health care programs that are under contract with the Department of Behavioral Health. The Department will be developing a more comprehensive and streamlined "monitoring" approach that will incorporate all of the various regulatory, mandated, and daily provider expectations into a more user friendly and efficient process. Specifically, the Department is looking to strengthen the relationship with the provider community as well as create a culture of learning, where shared strengths and weaknesses are incorporated into the Department's daily planning and future system development.
