The Fiscal Department
The Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health /Mental Retardation (DBH/MRS) is responsible for the general fiscal management of the Philadelphia County Mental Health, the Office of Addictions Services (OAS), & Mental Retardation Programs. This includes the collection and monitoring of provider fiscal records including budgets, invoices, and audits. In addition, the DBH/MRS consolidated fiscal information in reports to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
