The Simons Community Recreation Center is located in the West Oak Lane section of the City.
The project expanded an existing 15,000 SF recreation facility into a $4.5 million 35,000 SF
community center for the City of Philadelphia Department of Recreation. The project includes
a gymnasium/auditorium space, a daycare facility, classrooms, various activity rooms; a skate
house and renovated ice rink. The volumes of the original building and its additions are expressed
