Procurement:  Procures all goods and services for all City agencies. Their responsibilities include advertising, bidding, and distributing project documents. Information: 215-686-4755
Minority Business Enterprise Council (MBEC): Sets recommended participation levels for certified minority, women, and disabled-owned businesses for all City contracts.
