Phase I included renovation and restoration to the historic materials in the public areas, design for code, security and detention issues. Phase II included complete renovation to the 2nd floor office space plus first floor courtrooms. Phase III addressed the exterior facade while Phase IV included interior renovation to the mezzanine and lower level plus restoration of historic murals. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rehabilitation was included in each phase.
